Small Business Spotlight: Meet Kita&Co

Kita&Co is a local business that specializes in handmade and stylish over-the-collar bandanas for your furry friends. Founder Emma was born in Goulais River and then moved to the city with her boyfriend and her precious pup, Nikita. She's an outdoor enthusiast and loves backcountry camping!

A search for fashionable accessories for Nikita led Emma to create Kita&Co. The offerings she found did not meet her expectations - so she made her own! A pet bandana is typically a tie-around style, which can pose a safety concern. Your pet's safety is kept in mind by making the bandanas fit over their regular collars! There are dozens of styles available for you to choose from, and all products are completely handmade by Emma herself.

By participating in vendor markets and making an effort to shop small herself, Kita&Co is committed to helping other small businesses in the community thrive.
