The Bushplane is home to Entomica, which is my 4-year-old nephew's favourite place in town. Entomica is almost like an insect museum, where you can learn all about the cool bugs that keep our ecosystems afloat!

The Ermatinger-Clergue National Historic Site is a restored 19th-century trading post and home. The site offers a glimpse into the daily life of the early settlers of Sault Ste. Marie, including the fur traders and voyageurs who played an important role in the region's history. Visitors can take a guided tour of the site, which includes several historic buildings and beautiful gardens. Locals refer to this attraction as The Old Stone House! Every child in Sault Ste. Marie has had at least one feild trip here, where they taught us how to make corn bread like the settlers did. They also hold fancy tea parties here for some special events!

5. Bellevue Park

Bellevue Park is a beautiful green space located in the heart of Sault Ste. Marie. The park features several walking trails, picnic areas, and a beach on the shores of Lake Superior. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area, and there are often events and festivals held in the park throughout the year.
